Returns & Refunds
We aim to dispatch all parcels within 24hrs. We are normally able to dispatch parcels SAME DAY where orders are received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
Whilst we try to ship same day, arrival time is not guaranteed. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday afternoon will not usually ship until Monday.
You can choose your preferred shipment method at checkout. Please note that surcharges may apply for highland, Isles, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
Where you choose your preferred shipment method, we are normally be able to honour that shipment method. However, we reserve the right to change the shipment method to an equivalent shipping method with another carrier as we see fit.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs provided at checkout are estimates and may be subject to change.
We aim to provide the more accurate and best shipping prices available at checkout but sometimes we are unable to honour the shipping price for a number of reasons, to include:

The nature of the goods being sent being considered 'dangerous' by some couriers e.g certain types of battery.

The size of the goods being too long to ship to certain locations or by certain couriers.

The weight of the goods being too heavy to ship to certain locations or by certain couriers.

The postal address being in a remote location where the couriers request a postage surcharge.

A genuine mistake on our part due to system failure or human error.
Where the shipping costs change we will contact you to provide you with a revised shipping estimate before we accept your order and send your goods.
Goods returned within 14 days of purchase date in original packaging will be refunded in full. We do not refund postage/carriage costs either way unless goods are deemed faulty.
Please return your goods within 14 days of purchase date in original packaging with as much care as reasonable.
We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most appropriate shipping method for your return or exchange. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.
You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected, and processed. Refunds, Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 7 business days.
